Do you carry narrow and wide shoes?
We carry a wide variety of sizes and widths ranging from narrows to extra, extra wide in both mens and womens.
How long does it take to break in a new pair of orthotics?
Your feet will need time to adjust to a new “normal” so we recommend a 10-14 day break-in period.
What is your return policy?
You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return a pair of shoes to us in store-bought condition. Receipt preferred.
Will you special order shoes?
Yes! If you need a size in a color and style of a shoe that we already carry, we would be happy to special order it in for you! See a style you like but in the wrong color or need a different size? No problem. We can STILL special order it for you as a final sale purchase. Notice that we carry a brand that you love but not the right style? We will fit you in the closest comparable style we have and special order the style you want as a final sale purchase.
Do you ever have sales?
Yes! We always have a fine selection of shoes on our sale racks. These are ones we only have a few select sizes or colors left in. We have a walking shoe promotion in February and also an anniversary sale in October on everything in the store. This is a great time to get those extra pairs of orthotics so you don’t have to change them out of each pair of shoes you wear.
Do you ship shoes or orthotics?
Yes! We ship anywhere within the United States for a small shipping charge.
